At Stonecrowe Trading Company, each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed — unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part. We can cancel only if the cancellation request comes within 24 hours of ordering.
